How the Message Mug Works

1. Choose your design
   Select your preferred size and colour.

2. Record or Upload Your Message
   After checkout, you can either record a new message or upload an existing video or voice recording.

3. We create your QR code
   Your unique QR code is generated and printed directly onto your mug.

4. They scan and watch
   No apps. No passwords. Just a simple scan to see and hear your message.

Your video is completely private and can only be accessed by scanning the unique QR code on your mug.
It is securely stored for 12 months as standard, with the option to extend if you’d like to keep it longer.

Your message is not publicly searchable and cannot be accessed without the QR code.

If you need a little time to record or upload your message, that’s completely fine.
We won’t print your mug until your video has been uploaded.
If we haven’t received your message, we’ll send you a reminder to make sure nothing gets missed.

Video Storage Information

Your video message is securely stored for 12 months as standard.

Before it expires, you’ll receive a reminder email giving you the option to extend storage — including lifetime access if you wish to keep it forever.

Production & Delivery

Your mug is custom printed after your video has been uploaded and your QR code created.

Production typically takes 2–5 working days before dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on location. UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. International delivery may take longer.

You’ll be notified once your order has been dispatched.

As each mug is personalised, changes or cancellations cannot be made once printing has begun.

Because each mug is custom printed with your personal video message, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing faults or damage during delivery.
